Shipping policy

*Complimentary shipping on all orders of $50 or more. 

Each piece of our jewelry is individually handmade to order. Depending on the availability of gems, metals, and materials, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped; however, most orders ship within 1-3 business days.  If we foresee that your order will take longer than 3 business days to ship, you will be notified.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. 

If the item happens to be out of stock or unavailable, we’ll let you know by e-mail and get you an estimated delivery date. 

All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS.
