I work with 14k gold-filled and sterling silver.
Always.
Gold-filled is not the same as gold-plated. It has a thick layer of real gold bonded to the base metal, which means it holds up to real life. Sweat, water, everyday wear. It is made to last.
Sterling silver is timeless. Strong. Simple in the best way. It may naturally darken over time, but it can always be brought back to life with a quick polish.
